There's been a "long" history of this sort of thing with companies such as BreezeMaxx, Chillwell, Chillbreeze, Blast, Arctic Freeze and so on.

Lol, I always chuckle when I see those ads. Kind of like heating your home using a tea light inside a clay pot. Probably more of a mental comfort than a physical one.
