I have been playing these for a few months now and they are hands down the best guitar speaker I have ever played. Perfect midrange....

That is all.......

Please do not say this..I am not trying to be tempted away from my WGS ET-65s for that tone :D

How do you like you're IIC+ through them? Been thinking about picking up a quad to run both my DSL and Mark IV through as I love the greenbacks in my AX cab.

What's the difference between m75 & h75?

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but my understanding is that the M75 is "based" off the Celestion G12m, and the H75 is "based" off the Celestion G12h

That is correct.

I haven't forgot about you, Jim.

I'll be ordering my '69 Spec Straight as soon as I have the loot!

I've wondered the same thing myself as i'm looking for a Greenback loaded straight cab and i'm not willing to pay $4,000.00 that i was quoted earlier this week for a 1971 Marshall cab with Greenbacks

They sound incredible with the IIC+. Your DSL would work really well with the M75's too......

I have 3 Scumbacks in my Bogner Straight Cab (the fourth speaker in that cab for now is a Weber 1225) and 1 Scumback is currently at the studio in a 1x12 for recording.

The Scumbacks just have a very special quality about them (warm, articulate, full, perfect mids, never shrill, etc.) that the EVH's just don't have...and they sound great with every amp that I have ever played them through. Trust me, once they are broken in you can't help but to smile when you play through them. The EVH's are really good speakers, but they are just not in the same league as the Scumbacks...IMHO.

I have the EVH's in my Bogner Slant, Scumbacks in my Bogner Straight, and Weber 1225's in my EVH Straight Cab.
