I just received the Columbus and there is no manual in the box for setup. First time ever using midi. For now, I would just like to setup to switch between the channels. Can you guys please walk me through this.

I attached the manual for the VH4 and Columbus. Check out chapter 6 in the VH4 manual. It has everything you need to get the VH4 configured to respond to midi.
I think when I configured my VH4, I set it to Omni Mode- makes the config a bit easier.
