I hate the type of vocals in the couple of songs I've heard. Modern rock vocals in general irritate the hell out of me.

Sorry and truly no offense cause variety is the spice of life and its cool you like that stuff but to me that band was really really bad. Music was just eh and the vocals sounded like he was taking a big shit. Sorry that gets me no where near correct.

Different strokes i guess. FWIW, i couldn't get through 30 seconds of the link you posted, not only were the vocals pathetic but i don't hear anything remotely original about that band. Just my opinion though.

Live, primarily Randall the last I knew. But that was before Clint came back. Sonny was play Dual Rec's around when Next came out. John has an older Marshall that's always been part of his sound, though I'm not sure he tours with it anymore. Not sure which Randall's they were using. In the studio, who knows? I'll look over the weekend at the Retrospective 2 DVD, I know there's some studio stuff in there.

An interesting side note...John and Sonny tracked their rhythm guitar tracks at the same time on Alpha and Chapter VII.
