So when you ship to Dave, do you need to call him first or get email confirmation, put down a deposit.....or just send the amp with instructions?

If you already discussed what you are having done and what the approximate costs are, and he confirmed you can ship it to him, I would go ahead and ship it. Do him a favor and get delivery confirmation on the shipping.

Dave is very busy and communication is not always as good as it could but he is genuinely a good guy to deal with and you will be amazed at the amp when you get it back. If I had the $$$ I would not hesitate to buy an amp from him or have another modded.

Mike

when i sent mine in, i called first to ask about the mods and that it was ok to send, and then sent it along with a list of what i wanted done and contact info.

and i think he told me he only requires payment when the amp is done

spoke to him the other day and there are several more amps before mine apparently, but i don't doubt it'll be worth the wait

You can just send it with a sheet of paper with all the contact info and what you need done. Be patient the more amps I get the longer it takes to get them out. I have a Lot!!! of amps to do.

Damn dude, you've been f*cking around so long that I may get in line before you! Got my eye on a sweet 100 watt JMP and it's ripe for a visit to Dave!

Amp & headcase shipped today, talked to Dave on the phone, sounded like a very positive person, a Friedman JMP is the ultimate amp IMHO.

Do-eeeeet Pace, you won't believe your earz.
