Still have a chance to get yourself something nice for Christmas / Hanukkah / Kwanzaa / the Winter Solstice / any other festivity or excuse! 2024 Gibson Custom shop Flying V in the rare silverburst. To sweeten the pot, the guitar has been professionally upgraded with hundreds of dollars of equipment (all of which are entirely reversible back to stock). Guitar is in fantastic condition, it’s so nice I could hardly bring myself to play it in the basement, let alone anywhere else; I mostly just gazed at it lovingly and wistfully. Here’s a list of what’s been done:
1. Stock pickups to EVH Wolfgangs
2. Stock Nashville Bridge changed to Tonepros ABR-1 Locking Bridge with Brass Saddles
3. Volume pots swapped from audio to CTS linear
4. Stock Grover tuners swapped to Kluson Revolution 20:1
5. Speed knobs swapped for top hats
6. Extra chrome Stoptail from the Gibson Custom Shop (not a cheap substitute with adhesive)
