Did this classic for a few on the Carvin Boards today....signal chain...

Peavey HP> Fulltone OCD > Carvin Legacy > Weber Mass lite > VHT 2x12. Didn't master it or use any post eq. Mixed with headphones as I am waiting for my TC Wizard 96k in the mail.

Kick ass Rian!!!! They were a great band, I loved the first album but to me , Slave To the Grind is an 80's masterpiece...

Great playing and tone!!!

Here here! Slave to the Grind is a masterpiece. Love that album. It doesn't get old, to me at least. Cool to rediscover it every 5 years or so. Love my Peavey HP too - very under-rated guitar, especially with some tweaks...

Thanks Brotha Kage! I agree....My favorite Skid song is "The Threat" off Slave to the Grind. That song fuckin smokes all! hahaha :LOL: :LOL: :yes:

Not to be too much of a ball-buster here Kage, but Slave came out in 1991, so it is a 90's masterpiece :LOL: :LOL:
