Asking for a big favor from the rig-talk nation if anyone has any inside with the Slash tour. Just saw they are in Boston tonight at the House of Blues. I am definitely going to drive up and catch the show and hear Dave Friedmans Rig. I know the Rig-Talk nation is pretty big and connected.

Enjoy the show. I saw him last night in NYC at Terminal 5 and he ruled.

Btw, I tried to buy a 2x tour shirt while I was there and there were none left and none on his website (or anywhere online for that matter.) If there is any chance that someone can let me know where they are available I would greatly appreciate it. It was the one that said, We Are All Gonna Die Tour on the back. Also, they were recording the show professionally and making it available for sale at the end of the show. I never saw that before. I had to be up early and couldn't stay to get the disc, but I am hoping he releases those at a later date. What a cool idea.

I met Chet in Spain when were playing the same festival as Slash. Super cool guy. I hung on Slash's side of the stage for the show and got the rundown on all the gear including the Slash AFD 100 prototype. Very cool guy.

Brad, so how fucking cool was it?

Show was killer, Slashs tech Chet was as cool as the come, walked me through the entire rig and the guitars behind the backline. He said he is retubing and biasing the new AFD head every 5 shows. Showed me the cool self bias feature as well. Im wicked tired but had a great rocking time and Boston is always a cool place to catch a Rock and Roll Show. Bobby the other guitar player was playing the new Randall Nuno amp as was Myles (Myles didnt play much guitar).
