One of my tube sockets on my Einstein chipped slightly (more like flaked) on the top should I be concerned? I'm asking because I'm trying different tubes in it to see what i like best and I don't want to ruin the amp. Should i rock the tube back and forth when pulling the tube out as that's what I normally do, or should I pull straight up. Has this happened to anyone else?

You only have to take care of the socket clamps
if you change your tubes every week ;)

Thanks Peter. By the way the Einstein is amazing. I just wish I knew some one locally who had a VH4, I'm dying to try one.

Just buy one, you won't be disappointed. The only thing better than owning a Diezel is owning several :D

I dont have the coin for It and the Einstein.

I'm sure it's great, but no music stores in Seattle have them here for me to try. I got the Einstein used and I have a couple more weeks to decide if I want to keep it. I really dig it, but will I like the VH4 even more? I would like to find out before I commit.
