Nice comparison. The video mirrors my general experience with a 57 and a Beta 57A.
The Beta mics work great with a darker, fatter amp (like your Roadster). They add clarity (high mid bump and extended treble) and thin the lows a bit. This doesn't work as great on Marshall amps as Boogies. The regular 57 tends to make amps sound gainier than they're dialed in.
