SMALLBOX question?

As I have said I have an excellent 3 mode Smallbox.

I had cause to get a replacement 2 button foot switch. I have noticed that when the clean channel is selected and the boost is selected on the 2nd channel the clean channel drops in volume. If I unclick the boost switch the volume returns to normal. This is while I'm on the clean channel.

Any reason? Is this right?

Do you have one of the 3-channel Wildwood Smallbox's?? Are you sure you're using a TRS cable with the two button footswitch and not a normal 1/4 inch? That may be an issue.

It could be you have the wrong footswitch. There is a special one for the this version of the Smallbox.

I am using the cable that came with the amp.
I did have to replace the foot switch as the boost button broke.
This is the one Peach sent as a replacement.

The original one had a badge with boost on it this one has it printed on.

Will I do any damage using it?

You won't do damage but there is a special footswitch.
