And let me say........Diezels fucking rule major ass.

Ive had my VH4 for a couple years now and recently started gigging. We've played 5 shows now and I just wanted to clear a couple things up.

1. I have had more compliments on my tone than anything else regarding the gigs. It's a sad day when a man is jealous of his own amp!!!! :D Two people at one show synchronistically said that they heard angels singing during one song. Every single show without exception I have had a complement on my tone.

2. As it pertains to Diezels(i can only speak for the VH4) NOT cutting through the mix in a heavy setting....its my experience that this assertion is complete bullshit. My VH4 is up against a Hughes and Kettner 100W half stack(mine just a quarterstack), a SWR fullstack, and a set of Tama Starclassic Bubingas(omfg those drums sound good). Let me just be clear about the fact that my VH4 dominates the mix. Actually, against the more low-end emphasized Kettner, it is the perfect compliment with its mid range goodness.

I absolutely, beyond all doubt LOVE my VH4. From is delicious rolling sustain, its beautifully musical harmonics, its responsiveness. Everything. Love it.

That's good to hear :) I'm still waiting for mine to arrive!

That's to re-affirm what is an axiomatic fact of life :) :D

Moreover, if it's good enough for Hetfield and a stadium stage, then it should be pretty damn awesomeness itself anyway :-)

Did you take videos? Love watching live performances.

Excellent man!!! Glad to see Diezels dominating the stage!! :D

Hell yeah.....

We played an outdoor gig a couple weeks ago and I got to roll the master up to about 50% and channel 3 dimed out. Had the front loaded cabs mic'd to FOH. The VH4 really sings then.

I understand what you are saying about what others write from time to time about their Diezel amps not cutting through a mix.
It has to be user error. :gethim:
Diezels do everything well!
My Diezels have always been very good to me.

I'm still yet to meet this day! (Gig with my Herbert) but can't wait to do so :) Hail Diezel
