Wow...one of the most iconic guitars on the planet. Who owns it now?

Wow! Last I heard, Gary had sold it to the CEO of Maverick Records for a $1M. I just imagined it was part of the collection never to be seen again.
Since I knew I'd never own it, I bought a UK knock-off (Vintage) just because it's so damn cool. Love that Lemon Drop!! So what was it in for?

Do u work at an auction house or something?? That's pretty cool just to say you played it.

that would be idiotic and kill the value....install a third pickup. 3 mini toggles on-off switch, a kill switch, a rotoray switch and 3 coil taps and a Washburn wonder bar

In needs a good heavy relic job. Some disc sander marks, bare wood back neck, and some killer EMG's.

It would totally slay all other guitars....

And some stickers....

I work at GuitarGuitar in epsom, just south of London. A collector was bringing a few pieces in for us to maybe sell on his behalf....he also brought "Greenie" just so we could all have a look! Super cool day in the office!!

EMGs :hys:

The guitar-snob world would come to a deathly standstill.

would have loved to have heard all the knobs straight up and toggle through them to hear what that guitar and the out of phase middle position sounds like.
