Looks great!

I can't wait to read your reviews.

I'm hoping it kicks ass too... I'll provide a full review... hopefully with clips.

Neither the body or the headstock on Edwards look anything like Gibson.

Uhmm... really? Sure looks like an LP Custom to me.. I always thought the reason they don't sell Edwards in the US is because they're exact Gibson copies.

Headstock on Edwards is night & day different from Gibsons as well as every aspect of the finish.

Orville is the only make I know of that I would call Gibson replica.

ok... I guess I'm blind... I don't see much difference between the 2 guitars in this thread...

Here is my beloved Edwards JS. If it looks like Gibson to you, then you are not familiar with Gibson LPs.

The only similarity I find between Edwards Custom LPs & Gibson Custom LPs is the neck finish & overall profile. Inlays & all are still very different.

I guess not... because that looks like an LP Custom to me. Well it says Edwards on it. Aside from that, it looks like an LP Custom.

I actually like yours better as far as cosmetics go. But everything else looks the same to me. Oh well..

If there are differences, they're certainly not 'night and day"

Other than the foofoo headstock inlay what does not look like an LP Custom?

Well, I guess you are not as critical to craftsmanship as I am. I can see a world of differences just in pics. In person there are 2 completely different guitars to me.

But if it looks the same to you, it's all that matters.

I'd paint her black

Congrats Vladimir !

Thanks man! :D

Black would be my first choice... But this was a decent deal. It was 2 weeks old and already in the US so I didn't have to pay $150 in shipping. So I jumped on it. Plus, I never owned a white guitar before... LOL! :D

Edwards headstock on the left, Gibson Les Paul on the right. Unless the headstock comments were referring to the inlays, they are a little different...lol.
