So who do i contact about getting into my Old Account.

Tried logging into my account today because I am planning on selling a few things, possibly buying a couple of items too & I can't get into my old account. I had to create this New one which is simply a Variation of my old account that I've had for a long time.

You can't reset your password? I thought as long as you still have the email account you use in your account, it's easy as resetting.
