Just curious. Obviously "best" is subjective (hell, most technical is very subjective as well, just not as much as "best")

BTW, If you can't play any King Diamond songs, you're automatically disqualified due to lack of taste :gethim:

Anyone who is really good here, doesn;t seem to care to 'compete' as it were....my vote would be Ed..f'r plays with parts of the guitar missing and still in tune :D

i'll narrow it down some...IT'S NOT ME
now...that's one less to sort through :D

Probably Ed D but there are dozens of sick players here so it's hard to pick the technically most skilled one...

that would be me of course. I can make anything sound like shit. Takes an amazing amount of skill to be able to do that.

My vote would be for Lance-a-not. He's got incredible technique.

There are some incredibly "technical" (not sure if you're talking theory, mechanics, both...) who hang here. Mark (billybogner), Curt (chubtone), Ed Degenaro, Ralph (gainfreak), Lance-A-Not... and there's more. Every one of them brings something different to the table too which makes them fun to listen to.

+1, 2 less now.

I think everyone here brings something to the table in one way or another, its excellent. We have a range of great players in a range of different styles, and no one brags on and on about it

This would be me but I can afford a good microphone to record myself to prove it :aww:

certainly isnt me!! i gave up practicing technique along time ago. not that i look down on it, i am just happy with where im at technique wise and put all my practicing into other areas such as improv, note selection, harmony, chord voicings etc..
