I’m shocked you are selling this. They are amazing amps. I’ve been talking with Kyle about aquiring another, but this is a hell of a deal ... damn

It's a great amp, but I just don't need anything multi-channel. I've got a KSR Ares which is basically the same high-gain sound in a single-channel box.
 
How close would you say the Ares and Gemini sound to each other?

Pretty close. All the KSR amps have the same lead circuit for the most part. The Ares is a bit more aggressive/angry though, whereas the Gemini and the others are a little darker/smoother. But they all still have that same KSR sound and feel. What you get with the Gemini is lots of MIDI switching, more tonal options/modes, multi-channel, etc. If you like your Ares but want "more" of it, the Gemini will do the trick.
