This is a MusicomLab EFX MK-VI.
I had this running with W/D/W setup with racked amp and tons of rack effects. I could run heavy death metal tones with a gate, and a boost up front, hit a switch and I'm in the sparkliest of cleans with a compressor up front and all my rack effects adding delays, reverbs, chorus, etc.. All being controlled by the push of a button on this unit. You can also control where certain pedals are in your chain. Useful if you want to over drive your over drives in a certain order or change the order of up front effects for certain songs, or if you just want to fuck around and have fun. It's like a side chick, there are so many different ways to plug into it and it'll keep your secrets.
