Hey - i need to move this so i can buy another amp from a member here on Rig talk.
Id like to sell this for whar i bought it for here, and ill eat the shipping to you,
$2500 pp f/f, i have a ton of references on TGP and a couple here as well.
Ill be honest - it doesnt quite get to those levels of gain.
this amp is like an angry or boosted jcm800
Channel 2 is the regular BE and the boost channel is the equivalent to Daves saturation switch - so it gets hotter with a nice bump in low mids, more gain and more compression but i wont represent it gets to hbe levels. But its close.
Now, when id hit it with a pedal boost in front, yeah then its a metal amp, but by itself, i would not call this a metal amp like the JBE.
I know this is a more metal oriented board but this IS an amazing amp for anyone playing classic to 80s ozzy type stuff. Reza’s demo on it shows how if u can handle the volume the power tube saturation is really hot!
