Some nice EBMM guitars

I was a big fan of the Axis Super Sport for awhile...especially the Rosewood Axis, until I had grown tired of the 10" fingerboard radius. I'd still have one, if they'd offer a flatter radius, like say 14". Here's a couple of ones that I later sold:

Nice call on the green top. Here is mine. Love this guitar!

Very nice! Not too many people seem to like green on a guitar, but I love it with a flame especially. I had a couple of JP BFR's as well...is a pic of the quilted blackburst JP BFR I sold this year. Excellent guitars, but in the end, I just couldn't bond with the neck on the JP's.

Very Nice!!!!!!!!! Love the neck. I wish the frets were a little bigger because all my other guitars have big frets. Still as far as build quality goes it's my best guitar... easily!!

The new AL HH models look really cool, kinda have a Grosh Electrojet vibe huh? Think when I get home in June I'm going to have USACG do a few Axis-like builds for me, one in HSS and one in HSH, can't wait!

I LOVE the neck on the JP. I just don't like that it's made of basswood though. For metal (which is what I would use it for), I'm a mahogany or nothing kind of guy. If they made a mahogany, set neck JP, I'd be all over it.

They do (or did) make a mahogany body (w/ Koa top), with a mahogany neck.....although, it has the standard bolt-on neck. As seen here: https://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Ernie-Ball-BFR- ... 5add61d7f3

it's a shame though, what you get top wise on BFR guitars is what you used to get on standard production, here's my Axis from 97

My guitar is exactly like this one.
I love it and after 3 years is still my #1 guitar.
Love the neck, feel and tone.
