So a friend of mine who owns PickBay (she buys and sells picks and necklaces) liked my last EVH tribute so she sent me a couple Eddie picks, one he apparently played on stage in 2007. So I thought I better do another video lol This is one of my fave VH tunes, and I wanted to do it like Eddie so this is straight into my cranked Blankenship 1987>ho attenuator> jet city iso cab with a Warehouse Veteran 30. Im not a tone chaser by any means, but it was fun to play the amp like this. Really a comfortable tone for me, though I do really like overdrives. I did use just the right side audio from the album, and panned it slightly right. my guitar is all the way left. So you do get the verb from Eddies amp to the right. Made me feel like he was playing along! any way, was very fun :)

AND you play standing up! We all should do that more often... no chance anyone will come see any of us play live sitting on a bar stool

lol man! I actually never play sitting down, and as a result, I play pretty crappy when I am sitting down, like its totally different muscles or something haha

thanks man! yup stock pups in the EC 256. A lot of people change them, but I really like them. Even bought a couple extra sets on reverb for like $30 lol
