WTF?!? selling that custom guitar already?

:aww:

Yeah, it's a really nice guitar but for some reason I'm just not gelling with it. I'm replacing it with an Iron Maiden Strat though. :D

In your defense, I know what you mean. I found out the hard way I HAVE TO have a compound radius and 6105 frets. Neck profile not that big of a deal, nothing that a little sanding doesn't cure, but I cannot deal with a straight 12" radius and jumbo frets.

You got a line on one? Where's it coming from? (Wondering if it's the one I had from BARHOPPER...think the guy I sold it to was selling)

I'm actually buying it from Code001. I made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

Yo!

is it a flat radius or something?
Anyone know what Kramers and Charvels are? Or are they different from model to model

10" or 12" radius is standard old school strat territory. It's not flat, it's rather curvey. Most newer guitars have some sort of compound radius, flatter as you go up the neck. Most large guitar manufacturers use 6105 wire standard except for Jackson which uses the 6100 jumbo frets standard.

Cheers!

Still learning the "jargon" :scared: i just know what i like.

Thin necks - Jackson, Kramer, Charvels. So was wanting to see what they were

Damn! If I had the cash I'd take the lp off your hands

Good luck with your sales!
