Hey,
Im running a w/d/w rig. I want to replace all my speaker cables. Im going to have two cables going from my HH V800 poweramp to the wet cabs and then two cable going from my lineout box to the head and the other to the dry cab. Do all the cables need to be the same length? I can get away with shorter cables from the line out box to the dry cab and the head but I dont know if they all should be the same length?

They don't have to be the same length.. whatever works for your runs is fine. Just make sure they are decent, solid speaker cables. Cheers

The powerful amplifier out signal will easily drive the cable.

What I'm saying is no capacitive effect should be noticeable.

When capacitance comes into play its probably a better idea to match length in order to better match frequency response. Though simple presence adjustments may also suffice.
