This user, on my every post, selects only the like/laugh emoji. I do mean every post and nothing added thereafter.

Why would anyone do that and I haven't seen it done to anyone else.

I see it as a mental deficiency which is supported by this user's many posts and dark social misgivings always being what they gravitate towards and support.

I believe this user may be from Australia (?) so, IMO this is not a good look for Australian beliefs of today....................jdel also comes to mind.
