Looks like Vai is losing his hair. Cant imagine a bald steve Vai although it would be a perfect match for the boring white guitar he's been using for years. He needs to bring back the green Charvel, get Sheehan, Bissonette and Ralph Saenz together and do a tour playing all the old DLR stuff. That would be cool.

Not meant to hack on Vai. Seeing him do Yankee Rose just reminded me of the Vai of old from the Eat 'Em And Smile days. To be honest he doesn't play like that anymore either. That was his best work IMO.

Steve might be having some hormonal issues or on some medication because he looks pretty good in this video from last year.
