Strange problem with Mini Dirty Shirley - thin sounding

Hello everybody,
i have owned a Mini Dirty Shirley for about a year and really like the amp!
But a few days ago something strange happened. While playing, all of a sudden the sound changed, it sounds as if someone had put a highpass in front of it - the sound is without bass and thin.
So I changed all the tubes, hoping that it was just a problem with a broken tube. But unfortunately it didn't help, the amp still sounds like that.
I also changed all the cables, changed the cabinet and so on.

Has anyone ever had a similar problem with this amp?

Thanks for your answers. I finally put the amp in repair, let's see if they can fix it.

Just to give final feedback here again. The amp is back from the repair, among other things a defective potentiometer was exchanged - basically what Dave had already suspected. Now it sounds like before and I am very happy!
