Might need to know a little more than that.

Guitars used/pickups installed/fx used/style of music will influence any recommendation.

Suhr Standard guitars, Aldrich pickups, delay and reverb for effects. Music influence: Doug Aldrich, John Sykes, Vivian Campbell (Dio era), Neil Schon.

I've been using a Scumback M75 65 watt paired with a V30......sounds awesome. You get the Greenback vibe with the bite and anger of the V30, pretty cool pairing.

Yeah a bit more information including your SS#, DOB and address.
Are you kidding. Buying speakers from Jim is worse than buying a house
M55/M75 kills.

M75's are cool. I also like my Stiletto 2x12 cab with the Marsha. Boogie V30's in it.

Cheers Rich

A pair of M75 65w should do this well...but just to make sure you might want to listen to the new Scumback demo video by Pete Thorn. If you want a more aggressive tone, the BlackBack models might be what you like.

I will get Scumbacks for my speakers. Now, which cab would you recommend? Mesa, Genz Benz, CAA, Freytte, Port City?

Whitebox Engineering cabs are nice too. I have a 2x12 modern with two scumback M75's and they sound great.

I'd like to try the blackbacks. My next cab will be with two blackback bh75's

And if you didn't get the sarcasm with my previous post, I was just kidding.

I've only bought 2 speakers from the Scumback, but he was really responsive to corresponding via emails, like I was regular customer who already had an extensive purchasing history with his company.

I run my Marsha through a CAA ported 2x12 with a pair of M75s (100w). This setup forced my 4x12s into retirement...it sounds absolutely huge and would be a perfect fit for the styles you mention.
