What do you guys go with for a Bridge PUP in a H/S/S strat? The fretboard is Brazilian Rosewood and it'll have a vintage trem. I like a medium output pickups that are clear and balanced tone wise

The Aldrich is SUPER high output so I'm not sure why you'd even select it if you like medium output. That said, it is the clearest sounding high output hum I've played. You can hear every note ring in a chord with full-on high gain. Not muddy at all. I like them alot, however, I have to say for higher output pickups I really prefer the Duncam Custom 5 - phenomenal sounding...
High Order does the low output A2 thing REALLY well - never tried his medium output stuff..
I just got the Motor City Blisster Bucker A2 that sounded really good in Stan's VH clip. It is medium/high output, but has PAF qualities in the sound... Haven't put it in a guitar yet though...

Thanks Steve! Stan's VH clip was way too bright for my tastes.... Is the Aldrich bright? I don't like a guitar that kills you with treble, as a lot of Strats do...

Funny you say that, but i was just on the phone asking daneyo if he still had my old H2+. Anderson pickups are great, but i think I want to try something different this time around...

Same here, I have been a big fan of the High Order 8.7k A5 and A2. I went against my own will and ordered the Blisster A2 as well, arrived a couple days ago, will be a couple weeks before I can give it a shot.

The aldrich is a clear pickup, but not bright AT ALL. Very balanced. I have it in everything from a super strat to a Les Paul and it isn't annoyingly bright in any of them.
