The JB is nothing like the NB. The NB-A is a much better pickup IMO, but it has a flatter EQ than the JB. The RY is one of my favs from BKP. It is a great pickup!! As stated before, it is more like a lower output and cleaner JB, but has a nice bite that can be harsh if not paired with the right guitar. I prefer the Aldrich over the RY in most guitars, but the RY smokes in mahogany bodied/set neck guitars like the LP. I am fan of Wades MCPs and sold all my BKPs and Suhr Aldrich PUPs.
