Suhr Badger question.

Listen to 4:50 - 5:00 of Andy Woods video here. And after 5:00 listen when he plays Whole Lotta Love. What's that wierd fizzy sound, almost sounds like a poing, or it sounds like the fizz when you open a can of Coke. I played a Suhr Badger and i heard the exact same thing. It kinda bugged me and i wasn't sure what it was. That wierd sound doesn't show itself when the amp is boosted with a pedal though.

Yeah that's weird...I can really hear it with headphones. Almost sounds like a short slapback delay going into the front end. Not sure though.

Glad i wasn't hearing things! I heard it on the Badger i played and it shows itself more when you play harder muted runs.

Sounds like Andy had a bass slap on the E or A string.... To me anyways.
