I just snagged a trade deal for a Suhr Modern to figure out if the guitar is for me or not and as always first thing I did was take it to my tech for a proper setup. Sadly it looks like the locking nut had been stripped (possibly over-tightened too many times) so the screws couldn't grip when he tried to lock the pads down.
A short call to Suhr CS and I actually had the chance to speak with Ed Yoon directly on the phone. I explained what had happened and he gladly issued me a new nut! Customer service does not get any better than that!!!
I just wanted to relay this info on the board as Ed was extremely helpful and I had to give him a shout out for helping me out to get my guitar back up and running!
I can't wait for this baby to return with one of the awesome setups my tech pulls out of my guitars, thing is going to play like butter!
Thanks again Ed, you guys are top notch in my book!
