I'm dying right now, dude! I want a Suhr Modern carve top (mahogany neck/body maple cap/rosewood board), red sparkle drip paint, Aldrich hums, and floyded to go with my Standard!

I want one identical to Andy Wood's except I would change the Neck Carve, and the pickups to Aldrich. Don't know about the single coil, new territory for me. Pao Ferro board maple cap, mahogany neck and body.

I would probably go for a different color, my standard is in Bengal, takes awesome pictures but just doesn't look as great in person. I would go for the trans faded whale blue burst

Heh. At least you live in an area where Suhr guitars are tangible. Not in Kansas where I am. Gotta test out some necks in Wichita to find the carve I want on mine.

Dallas is a great place to live. Love it there. Just need more Diezel/Suhr distributers.

I agree. Great place. Charley's has Anderson, and you can get anything you want at the Arlington show. I just missed being local to everything.

I agree!!! Mine will be here next week. Suhr Modern, Charcoal Frost Metallic, Aldrich Humbucker in Neck and Bridge and a JST FL in middle position. I can hardly wait to pair her up with my S1. Really wondering how much different the modern will be from the Pro Series. I was not able to play the S1 before I got it, but love everything about it!

That's what I'm talkin' about - I just don't need the purdy top. Just want the red sparkle drip paint!
