Boy am I gonna regret this one..Up for sale is my beloved Suhr Modern HSH Satin with Floyd Rose in excellent condition minus a bit of wear and dings from use and gigging. Some spots are shining up from use, specifically the forearm contour area and under the neck pickup area where my fingers rest when using my picking hand.
I've added a guitar guard hardtailer to switch between full floating and dive only mode.
The switch has been replaced with a super switch and re-wired from the standard 5 way (as listed in the spec sheet) to the following:
1. Neck
2. Neck outer coil + Middle
3. Neck Outer Coil + Bridge Outer Coil
4. Middle + Bridge Outer Coil
5. Bridge
This switching gives vastly more diverse-sounding tonal options. Also added a shadow kill pot for the tone; it works as a regular tone knob but can also be pressed for shutter/killswitch type effect on demand. The spec sheet is included, along with the original gig bag which, for some reason only came with one strap, I sourced another one and although it doesn't match, it does the job.
The fretwork is of course, amazing and there is very little wear on these stainless steel frets! This is a super light weight example, weighing in at approximately 6.5lbs or 2.9kg. Really sad to see this one go!
