Can;'t recall what model Gotoh this is (1996t ?), should I get a small clamp or large clamp Tremel-No ?

Should I go with a Brass Block? Which Size?

Does the Tremel-No even fit with a Brass Block?

I love the Gotoh floyd. I replaced the floyd on my '96 EBMM Silo with a Gotoh GE1996T. The stock MusicMan branded floyd was a Gotoh too but he intonation screws were offset so you could actually get to them without chewing up the strings. The GE1996T trem's intonation screws aren't offset like that but it's a direct replacement. I also bought a brass block. I think I went with a 42mm. The screw holes all line up great. The 37mm, 39mm, 42mm sizes are the height of the block. If you get one too tall, it'll stick out the back of your guitar. I didn't notice a huge change when I put the brass block on but there was a change and since it's a permanent, positive change, I'm happy with it. No pots to wear out, batteries to replace, cords to replace, etc...

I've never used anything like a Tremol-No so I can't comment on that.

Yeah, I actually noticed that the Gotoh term has a fair chunk of what looks like brass on it already...not fat like the big block but it's not poor quality pot metal like I've seen on some cheaper Floyds.....
