Ya, it's pretty bang on - for all intent and purpose, I don't think it would be at all decipherable a difference live or recorded. SO long as it sounds good independent of any comparo, it's a done deal.

cool experiment...I always HATED line6 type di tones, but this Axe (& Kemper) are getting so damn close in tone it has deflated my hatred. I'll need to try one one person to check out the feel, but the sounds are obviously top notch

Good grief that's close and completely usable live. Even though there is no way I could swing an Axe2 right now, this clip really makes me want one

In cases where there are the lovers and the haters of the Axe-II, I always just think of bands like AAL, ZPZ or Meshuggah and realize, whatever...
