The hearings just started so no decisions have been made yet. According to this Politico article it seems opening arguments didn't go so well for democrats. If the Supreme Court shuts down Article 2 it would remove the ability to draw voting districts based on race. Lawsuits by "special interest" groups; like ones brought in the past, would end up being slapped down before it even made it to court. This could also mean more seats going to republicans in the midterms.
