Supro Black Magick Reverb: Good?

Looking for an amp for bluesier and vintage type tones, my amps are all high gain heads.

The Black Magick Reverb seems to fit the bill, thinking about the head version, newer with the master volume and built in spring reverb tank. Anybody here have one?

Main concerns are build quality and how it sounds with the master volume down lower. Any known problems quality wise? How does it sound with channels up and master below say 10 o clock for home use? The older version without reverb I’ve heard has to be cranked to get it to distort and I don’t want to play that loud all the time.

Youtube videos all seem to have the Master up high, if you can even tell where the controls are set.

If the consensus is that it’s not worth the money I’ll just end up getting something like an old Ampeg Gemini or Fender.

Bump for anyone’s thoughts. It’s either gonna be this or a Plexi variant, but I like the feature set of the Supro with reverb and tremolo.
