Say what you want about pv but someone messed with this. My experience with pv is the wiring is done well. Very well. They might use cheap parts and cheap models but not this-
And this after i separated the wires to see what goes where…. It was a rats nest….

Here’s what I sent my bro whose been pumping me up with the power of positivity…-
Nope. Something is fucked up. Powered up and one of the status lights on the front came on and kicked off. Is there something inside that has a blue light? Thought i saw a blueish reflection then went away. Turned the standby off and was grabbing a guitar and noticed a slight humming. Tubes were lit 🔥 up bright…i was like fuck and hit the stand by…tubes went back to normal. Turned amp off… after a minute turned it back on…no status lights but powered up. Tubes steadily glowing normal. Took it off standby and got the blue glow and tubes brightened up considerably…. Never hit a single string…lol. All knobs were on zero. I don’t know about this. Fuck.

I’ve been on forums too long. I’m not a tech and as soon as I saw the gut shot, Hmmm…looks like a Peavey. The ribbon cables, the shade of green and style of the PCB.
Tubes are redplating, you’ll need proper help. Probably not bad tubes if all 4 go red but that’s from my years of forum experience 😂

you need to get in there with a Multimeter and check everything .... from the continuity of any connections from wires to ribbons ...

and you need to be able to check the parts to make sure they are good and within tolerance

and after all that .............. even if everything checks out fine ........ if the board has seen enough heat ..... the board itself could be conductive .... fuckin good luck with that if that's the case ..... Boat Anchor
 
7704a is the cure for my pv that’s running a fever of 103…. It’s hot blooded…HOT BLOODED!!!
