T/D module hums in channel A

My T/D module will hum at low gain settings in channel A. And if I max the gain, it's quiet as a mouse. Anyone else experience this? BTW - channel B acts normally.
 
Movement of your guitar away from or closer to could make it hum. That is if you use single coils. Need more information.
 
Doesn't seem to matter if I move. If it was 60 cycle hum, why would it go away on channel B, which has more gain? The hum intensity actually increases as I move the gain knob counterclockwise! When channel A's gain is maxed out, it doesn't hum. If it's anywhere else in the range the hum is there. Worse part is, it hums the most where I like it the best.
 
We will check one here in the sound room and see if we can replicate it.
 
Jeff - have you been able to test one of your T/D modules for hum?
 
Good suggestion - I thought it might be that too, but it's only on Channel A, and it only hums at low to medium gain amounts. It's completely quiet at full gain on channel A! Strange. Jeff told me to send it back. Thank for the suggestion though.
