T-Rex RoomMate reverb pedal

Anyone have personal experience with this unit? The youtube demo and all the soundclips sound absolutely killer, but is it worth that price tag?? I currently am using a Boss RV-5 and it's not bad. I have no real problems with it, but I wouldn't mind having a reverb pedal that sounded a little more convincing. I just think there's a lot of texture that it lacks and it's not very rich sounding. I knew that when i bought it but now i think it might be time to find something that's really worth the money.

if you want to suggest another unit i'm all for that, however i'd like it to be a pedal because i don't use a lot of rack gear. thanks

Worth every penny! They are the best reverb pedal on the market and better than some amp reverbs!

For the price of this reverb you could by a nice used TC Nova system and get good sounding reverb, delay, modulation. I have a T-Rex replica delay pedal. It does sound great and it is the type of pedal you can almost leave on all the time. But, it to is really expensive for a Delay. I run both in my set up: T-Rex Replica in the front of the Amp and the TC Nova System through my EFX loop in Parallel. I really dig the Verb and Delay in the Nova System. It's worth it's price for just the two effects.

i'm sure the Nova is a cool system, i remember looking at it before. I just don't really want a big floor unit for all those effects. i'm quite happy with my other individual pedals.
