I want to know everything from your experience with this amp. Why is it not the rage on every forum? All of the comments and reviews have been great. Built in Germany. Loads of great, useful features. Amazing tone. The ONLY criticism I've heard is that it sounds a bit smooth for metal or something. Is that true? Is it kind of like the BE100 in that respect? How about the clean channel? People say it's great, but one guy I talked to said it's good, but has kind of a midrangy thing you can't dial out. What about other features no one talks about. How well does the 2w/nighttime mode work? The onboard tubescreamer, is it tasty or plain?

Never heard of it before. Just googled it and dig the purple flame maple front. Rest of it looks like an Elmwood M60.

Happy enough with my BE100 that I'm doubtful that I'll get to jonesing for this amp.

OK thanks for chiming in. Anyone with actual experience who can tell me about it?

Indeed...

I own a Driftwood Mini Nightmare. It's a 50 watt version. I absolutely love it. Now I own a few different amps but none have the options the Driftwood does. Quite a few of footswitchabke options and the built in OD boost takes it over the top.

PM me for more info...
