I've wanted one of these for a while now. I finally broke down and bought one about 3 months ago...and I haven't even plugged it in yet. 
I use the eq in my G Major II for beefy rhythms (to cut the mids a tad) and bypass that extra eq for my lead tone.
I've been so busy lately...and now that I have no desire to tweak I don't know if I'll ever even hook it up.
