Well just got done hooking up the TC Electronics JIMS800 DI Out into the Line 6 Toneport UX-1 USB Audio Interface and the DI out is cab emulated with a genuine Celestion G12-65 4x12 Cab and using it through Reaper & it sounds fantastic!!! 
I'll be hooking it up to the Marshall Artist 3203 head & matching 4x10 cab at some point through the front end, clean channel first, and then through the effects loop return
