thats some straight up eric johnson/shawn lane tone to a T!

sounds good

TC Electronic has collaborated with some of the best guitarists in the world - such as John Petrucci, Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thal, Joe Perry, Orianthi and Doug Aldrich - to create the first batch of TonePrints. However, that's just the beginning - the list of contributing artists will expand massively in the future. Forget emulation, let's talk collaboration!

I just saw $169, thats a hell of a deal for what you're getting.

Man that thing sounds AWESOME!

I especially like the Tri-Chorus setting, total Landau 80's chorus/swell tone :D

The tape delay has that chorusy effect. Sounds great. Want one.

I only made it 7min into the video, but what exactly did they do again? It looks and sounds very cool, but the nova delay does all the same things that I see (at least in the first 7min.) The nova repeater was the nova delay stripped down and put out in a cheaper format, and now this seems like a 3rd attempt at marketing the same product. I love TC, so I am not criticizing them, but rather asking do I have to watch all 22min to find the new and exciting developments of this pedal? The one thing that I do like is the size.

When will this be available to buy?

As soon as all the guys on TGP decide that it's too digital sounding and flood the classifieds with them. :D

The Nova Delay is expensive and big. I hate big pedals.

The nova delay is like $100 more, according to the price quoted above. It also isn't much bigger, assuming this is a mxr sized case. Lastly, for the $100 and size difference, you do get a few more features. I am not saying they are necessary, I am saying this seems like the 3rd time they released the same pedal...with very minor differences.

Great marketing move to throw them in "boutique" looking housings.

I like the ease of getting dotted 8th note delays and strumming instead of tapping.

Cool pedal.

Brah... watch the rest of the video and your questions all get answered. Words won't give you the same understanding. If you're interested check it out. I wouldn't have posted this if I didn't think it was VERY VERY cool, and I am sort of a gear geek, with an appreciation for the finer things in life, re: gear-- see rig pics in my sig....
