Sweetwater is listing them for $999.99, up from $459 about a month ago (though you can still get them at Guitar Center for that price). I don't know when it happened, but it's weird because the x1 and x3 are still the same price. Does anybody have any idea what is going on with that? That's a huge jump.

Fuck... I was looking at those.. Maybe I'll jump on the Fractal VP4. I think those are made in China too though...

There's used X5's like new for under $400 on Reverb.

Yeah, I guess they have more of the X1's and X3's in stock, maybe that's why they haven't raised their prices yet.
