Tc electronics G-major (2) or Toneprint pedals? Quality

He is my situation....
Want to Run a W/D or W/D/W system....

Head DI to "effects" to Mosvalve 500 to cabs....

Question:
I hate tweaking the rack effects...so the pedals look to be a better option....

I use one wet sound basically for what i am doing...set it and forget it...

I was thinking the Tone print pedals... Delay, Chorus, and reverb....

Has anyone compared the pedals vs the rack?

Yeah i had the GM2 and the flasback, i sold them both for an eventide space. The flasback was awesome and easy to use and the GM2 sounded good but to me it still required more time to fiddle with. The eventide timefactor shoud do everything you mentioned and is midi capable so you can program a ton of sounds plus to me the eventide stuff definitely sounds better than the TC too me and would cost almost the same as buying those 3 pedals

I had both still have tc flashback. Somehow it just feels so real !

On my new pedalboard, I have 2 Dreamscapes, a Flashback, and mini-Polytune. Love the TC pedals! They sound great and are solid!

:)

yeah i agree with this statement. The eventide has that same "realness" if you will, but with tons of switchable options.

I went from the Gmajor to the flashbacks. both in killdry modes. for me my rig sounded better with the Gmajor. Dont know why, just did.
Then just recently i tried the Hardwire pedal just in true bypass mode (since they dont have a killdry) and my rig sounded even better!!
I think im gonna go for the Hardwire delays.

Are you running the delays in the loop? or in front?

I second that Eventide. The G-major isn't worth it's market value IMO.
