Weber builds kickass speakers, and i have absolutely no worries at all about giving them my credit card.
$99 for an American made greenback killer! What more could you ask for?

Pardon my ignorance but is there some kind of weird relationship betwixt Scumback and Weber? I can't seem to read anything about one speaker/maker without reading about the other.glip22":34x7961w said:Just ask Jim!rlord1974":34x7961w said:glip22":34x7961w said:Just make sure you do not put a credit card on file with them. I think I'll end up grabbing a hellatone or a lynchback to pair with this guy as to bring out the highs a bit more. Kind of like what Pete Thorn did when he combined clips of his M75 and Lynchback. That sounded incredible to my ears.
As for the on now for 99$... well, for Canadians anyway, factor in that he charges 50$ for shipping for one speaker and then despite saying they ship USPS to Canada, receiving the speaker through Fedex and shelling out another 26$, my weber now cost me 176$.Not so much of a deal there.. might as well have gone Scumback! That said, that would have prob cost me another 50$ to get here. Raped again..

thanks for the input, what amp did you run it in that gave you that "Dark feeling"? and! can you compare it to V30's? (Relative to the dark comment, I've got 2x2x12's, gonna run V30's in the closed bottom, these in the open top... The open top's just beamy, and middy at home... thought I'd tame it with these....)![]()
