So Queensryche fans please chime in as I was listening to Operation Mind crime the other day and remembered how incredible that disc was from start to finish and realized I only own that and Empire ,and Rage for order that I had bought well over 10 plus years ago . (My God has it been that long ) ...

I started to look into what else they have put out and noticed Operation Mind crime 2 among several other things .Honestly I sorta lost some interest after Chris Degarmo left the band , but recently have been curious about them again and about Operation Mindcrime 2 and maybe some of there other newer material .

Any suggestions where to start and what to avoid and why .

Thanks

It sucks. You have the only albums really worth getting from them, IMO.

Their first EP, Rage for Order, Mindcrime 1, Empire are all you really need. Some of the 90s stuff isn't THAT bad, but ehh.

+1. Listened to it once and put it away forever.

Don't forget their debut on EMI, Warning.

You need Promised Land if you don't own it. Excellent CD! Operation Mindcrime II is passable. There are 2 or 3 really good songs on it. The rest feel like filler.

mindcrime 2 sucked the big one, im not really into american soldier either, anything after promised land sucks imo.

Totally agree.

The Warning, Rage, Mindcrime and Empire are my go to Ryche albums. Promise Land is ok (Heck, I can even stomach a little "Hear and the Now Frontier").

Anything done in the last ten years is garbage.

Word of advice.... Beg DeGarmo to come back.
