@rsm you are speaking my music language, another great band. Need to spin some more Uriah Heep. Been trying to get my band to cover at least one of their songs. Easy Living is a top candidate, I mean you you have a keys player you have to feed them a song with some dirty organ tones :)

Love Uriah Heep. Still listen to them. They were the first big concert I went to . 2/6/77 Kiss with Uriah Heep My seat was $6.50 for reserved. I will never forget it. That day I knew I wanted a Les Paul. Uriah Heep is worth checking out.

Hard to believe that Demons & Wizards and The Magician's Birthday were both released the same year!
Worn to death in our circles.

As a kid just new to learning rock guitar the slide riff to this was jaw on the floor just from the heaviness of it.

I was around 9 years old, when Uriah Heep started out ... I was lucky to have older siblings that brought home the greatest Rock music from the 1960's and 1970's.

Read an interview with Mick Box from back then where he said that once their crowds started
getting huge he'd get so nervous that he'd have to make himself hurl right before going on stage,
as not to repeat the couple of times he'd done it during the opening song. :ROFLMAO:

Saw them open for Def Leppard here in ‘83 , cool band
