MURDERATOR
Got around to restringing and cleaning it up…polished the frets and conditioned the fretboard. Then installed a new set of dr silver stars in.11. I am not a heavy gauge string guy, actually the opposite. These strings feel like 9’s or 10’s oddly. Did not have to adjust anything, perfect 👌 then I remembered that dtuna that Alund hooked me up with forever ago and got it installed as well. The bich is set up for dive only. Thanks to Skoora …that dirty whore… I didn’t know that dtuna’s only worked in dive only set ups. With the switches and knobs plus the dtuna… you can do about anything on this fucker. Killer instrument. It’s an import but I would put it up against about anything. With the two switches putting the hb’s in sc mode and the phase switch engaged it sounds like wish you were here from Floyd. Pretty cool guitar. Thanks Andy! I hope you enjoy the butt butt pics I included with the purchase…my dude… edit- Skoora is the dirty little whore that set me straight on the d-tuna…not exometal…my bad… exo is not dirty at all….

You can always install a trem stop or block the Floyd to dive only if you want to keep the D/Tuna. If you want the Floyd to float for Dime pitch up pulls the D-Tuna is a no go.

Yeah I tried to install it on my Jackson king v and you can pull that thing into the upper atmosphere…. It wouldn’t work on it but I didn’t know any better….

Dammit. That thing looks cool.
When he showed the pics to me I had to question if you really had your head screwed on straight when you agreed to let that slip from your hands, lol. Killer looking axe.....

Thanks! It’s killer. Plays great…surprisingly has some heft…great guitar…. This one and the explorer that Andy hooked me up with also plus my Sykes are my top 3…and I got a few…lol

I don’t. And I’m ok with that. I kept 2 guitars from the group. An LP Orville sykes that’s easily one of my favorite owned guitars and a partscaster that’s really nice. Everything else had to go. I didn’t want to buy any of this stuff

If you want dive both ways, ditch the D-Tuna and get a ToneVise. They turn, not pull back. Of course you will need a spring loaded stabilizer, but for me, diving only makes everything go flat

the neck through sustain and whatever pickups were in the one i briefly had really sounded amazing with my mark III.
